pavel sosnovsky composer
His education was extensive: his first advanced studies were at the Moscow School of Church Music (he graduated in 1895); he next worked privately with composer Sergey Taneyev and later studied at the Moscow Conservatory (graduating in 1917), where his list of teachers included Mikhail Ippolitov-Ivanov. On the soundtrack, possibly diegetic, a sole woman sings. Kovcheg, Minsk. Each time, he finds new resources, disclosing, in labyrinths of style, unknown sources of inspiration, admiring and being pleased by the magnificence of each detail.[1] (Musical critic Svetlana
